Why They're On Top

1. Stanford
The Lady Cardinal have won back-to-back national titles, and their academic standing is top-tier, with a number-four U.S. News ranking and a ridiculous APR.
2. Michigan
Go Blue for being number two. The Wolverines have finished in the top 10 at the NCAA Championships three years running, and their program is among 12 U-M teams with a top-25 national rank. Academically, Michigan is the 25th best school in the country.
3. Duke
Duke wins the bronze, and not just because of its excellent academics. The Lady Blue Devils are also strong athletically, having finished second and third at the National Championships in ’04 and ’05, respectively.
